Di sinilah saya menghabiskan masa kecil dengan membantu YAI (sebutan untuk Kakek). Ini adalah klinik tempat dia praktek, dimana saya sering berurusan dengan pasien. Beberapa yang saya ingat adalah… Seorang pasien yang muntah serta mengeluarkan cacing, lalu ada pasien yang telinga-nya berasa “tidak seimbang”, bahkan ada orang gila yang main masuk ke ruang periksa tanpa peduli antri. Dari seorang tokoh kesehatan senior, saya mendapat cerita bahwa Yai belajar pengobatan dari Dokter Jerman, ada yang cerita bahwa dia juga belajar dari Dokter Belanda. Satu hal yang saya ingat adalah, kebiasaan dia menyebut nama ALLAH tatkala mengobati seseorang. Sekarang saya mendefinisikan ini sebagai “konsep BERSERAH DIRI dalam dunia kesehatan”. Lama-lama saya percaya bahwa yang begini tidak bisa dibilang “kuno” atau “ketinggalan zaman”. Bahkan salah satu adegan di film Brad Pitt dan David Fincher “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” (2008) memakai metode pengobatan seperti ini juga. Dalam sebuah dokumenter tentang “misteri” (lupa judulnya) yang begini disebut sebagai “pengobatan dengan memakai KEKUATAN DO’A”. Tapi Yai saya tidak hanya memakai kekuatan do’a, dia mengkombinasikan antara konsep “berserah diri” dan dunia medis modern (di zaman itu).

Prof. Klaus Schwab introduced #Toplink in San Fransisco at @wef. IMHO, big issue from me for #Davos2019 is… Its time to see our world from another point of view. Its about obstacles. How we understand our real life from many aspects? And the most important thing, how we solve our problem with data ini our hand? Its about skill “complex problem solving”.
