KESIMPULAN:

Pada dasarnya tema #FutureOfJobs ini akan terus diulang setiap tahun sebab berkaitan dengan dampak isu #4ir terhadap hilangnya jenis pekerjaan tertentu. Pengulangan ini memang harus terjadi demi menyiasati "tren pekerjaan" ke depan. Ini memang bicara supply and demand, dan dunia pendidikan tinggi akan menyiasati dengan membuat jurusan-jurusan baru untuk proses adaptasi tersebut. Nggak mungkin kan, sebuah kampus membuat jurusan yang demand-nya kecil?

Tapi buat saya pribadi, tren seperti jenis pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan KEBUTUHAN PRIMER tetap menjadi hal utama, sebab manusia tetap butuh makan. Mulai dari warung nasi kecil, hingga perusahaan besar yang berhubungan dengan urusan konsumsi. Sayangnya, penamaan untuk jenis pekerjaan (yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan primer) ini nggak keren di zaman sekarang. Saya saja hanya tahu model-model Petani, Pedagang, Chef, dsb. Nama-nama yang sebenarnya nggak keren dibandingkan dengan mereka yang bergerak di bidang IT.
