KESIMPULAN:
Untuk #Asean2017 goal utamanya adalah HARMONIZED SYSTEM (HS). Terus-terang saya pun baru mendengar istilah ini, padahal sistem ini konon berlaku global. Sudut pandang pihak lain terhadap Asean cenderung, kita dianggap "ketat". Ada semacam tumpang tindih "agreement" yang bukan saja membuat negara lain kebingungan, tapi kita sendiri pun jadi ikutan repot. Padahal isu global dari Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean adalah, ASEAN JIKA BERSATU BISA MENJADI KEKUATAN EKONOMI DUNIA. Artinya, Asean itu diperhitungkan. Hal menarik yang bisa diangkat adalah, apakah Asean akan belajar dari Uni Eropa sebagai satu kesatuan? Gampangnya, jika arahnya akan ke situ berarti beberapa tahun mendatang generasi muda kita akan bicara bukan saja atas nama Indonesia, tapi atas nama Asean di forum Internasional.

Ini menjadi hal menarik setelah saya mencermati trailer film dari beberapa negara yang dikirimkan ke Oscar, sebab muncul salah satu pertanyaan seperti ini, apakah Islam itu asli dari Indonesia? Jangankan saya, orang luar negeri pun tahu bahwa bicara tentang Islam itu arahnya langsung ke timur tengah. Jadi (menurut saya) agak sulit bagi kita membawa tema tentang Islam ke luar negeri. Itu baru tema Islam, belum lagi tema-tema yang berkaitan dengan agama lain. Jadi kalau bicara sejarah masa lalu dan kenyataan sekarang, tak ada satu pun agama di Republik ini yang benar-benar asli Indonesia. Lalu muncul pertanyaan, apa yang benar-benar Indonesia?

Akhirnya, setelah 5 tahun saya baru bisa mengedit ulang footage ini. Saya merasa, karya ini bukan termasuk dokumenter, mungkin lebih tepat disebut dengan istilah "dokumentasi perjalanan". Karena pada prinsipnya rekaman ini adalah milik keluarga. Berhubung saya jarang melihat rekaman dalam bentuk yang agak lain dari keyword "Nyadran" dan "Sonoageng", saya pikir nggak ada salahnya mem-publish ini di youtube.

Ini sebenarnya bicara masalah teknologi, sebab dalam beberapa minggu ini saya coba menggabungkan antara proses editing gaya lama (laptop) dengan gaya anak sekarang (mobile phone). Saya rasa ini cukup lumayan setelah diajarkan oleh anak saya.

Sebenarnya saya kurang paham dengan hal-hal berbau "budaya", yang ada di pikiran saya waktu itu  hanya menemani Ayah ke tempat Mbah Buyut (leluhur). Jika 6 bagian "Iwak Peyek dari Sonoageng" ini cocok sebagai tontonan kearifan lokal, berarti karya ini (mungkin) termasuk kategori dokumenter. Jika tidak, ini hanya dokumentasi biasa dari kacamata orang yang nggak ngerti apa-apa tentang budaya daerah tersebut.

Poster di atas saya pilih agar lebih mudah dicerna oleh publik, itu juga berhubungan dengan judul tentang "Iwak Peyek". Font "berdarah" itu lebih ke eye cacthing, soalnya taste yang saya rasa di lokasi memang berkesan "mistis" (maksudnya lokasi kuburan).

Tadinya saya hendak menyebut genre karya ini sebagai DOKUMENTEROR, dimana arti genre tersebut adalah "antara dokumenter dan horor", semacam genre ngambang (lucu-lucuan). Soalnya, banyak juga adegan diambil di kuburan,  dan itu nyambung dengan poster yang kesannya berdarah-darah.

Kira-kira begitulah hasilnya, yang mana sambil membuat karya ini saya teringat teori zaman kuliah "to see what you want to see", lupa saya siapa yang ngomong begitu.
